Francie Heller is the Founder and Managing Partner of Heller Advisory, working with organizations to identify and align on their purpose, mission, values, and what matters most to them. These elements are the foundation for communicating who they are, what they do, and why they do it. A structured process is used to reveal the beliefs that guide their actions, behaviors, and messaging.

Ms. Heller was also a specialist with Investment Office Resources (IOR), helping investment offices design and implement responsive investing.

She served as Director at Arabesque Management USA, pioneering the integration of big data with quantitative strategies.

Earlier, she served as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of the Pension, Endowment, and Foundation Services Group at Bear Stearns and Co, Managing Director of Pension Advisory Services at Houlihan Lokey, Managing Director of Client Relations and Head of Pension Solutions at Chilton Investment Company, and President of MBIA Municipal Investors Service Corporation (MISC) where she created and ran all aspects of the schools and government investment management business growing the business from inception to over 30 billion under management.

Ms. Heller currently serves as an Emeritus member of the Board of Furman University, where she chaired the investment committee for many years. She serves on the investment committee of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is a member of the Board of Directors of College Unbound, focusing on adult learners who have faced significant barriers to attending college. She is also serving on the Board of Directors of Abundance Capital, a non-profit venture philanthropy platform, Woodlands Continuing Care Retirement Community, Mycargorithm, developing tools to transform the cancer journey, Heller Heritage on the Green to honor arts, culture, community, and education and The Center for Understanding in Conflict, training professionls and community members to bring understanding to conflict-driven conversations.

Ms. Heller was also an Education Director in New York Public for several years. Ms. Heller graduated from Boston University, earned a master's equivalent from the University of Georgia, and a Professional Diploma from Fordham University. She holds certificates from Columbia University, Stamford University, and Harvard University Executive Education Programs. She is a certified mediator and holds Series 7 and 65 licenses.

Jennifer is a managing partner of Heller Advisory, and works in partnership with Francie and in collaboration with a diverse range of clients. She previously worked with Investment Office Resources (IOR) helping investment offices design and implement a values based investing framework. At Arabesque she worked in business development for their asset management business and with their sustainability data platform. She spent over ten years at Goldman Sachs working with institutional and hedge fund clients in New York, NY and Boston, MA in a sales and trading capacity. Jennifer served on the board of the Hellenic American Women’s Council (HAWC) ,a nonpartisan, nationwide network whose mission is to identify and harness the tremendous talents of Hellenic American Women. She received her degree from Boston College and currently resides in Hingham, MA, a suburb of Boston, MA.
